Inventory Specialist - Miami Design District

Summary

The Inventory Specialist manages the flow of goods in and out of the boutique to support efficient operations and a seamless client experience. This in-store role reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Receive stock and record inventory in the system.
• Organize and maintain stock, and prepare outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Collaborate with boutique teams to uphold operational standards and client service.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Client-service mindset and ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds.
