Inventory Specialist - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Inventory Specialist manages the flow of goods in and out of the boutique to support efficient operations and a seamless client experience. The role works closely with boutique colleagues and reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record it in the system.
• Organize and maintain stock according to brand standards.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders.
• Support stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Uphold operational standards and build collaborative relationships across the boutique.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
• Commitment to client experience and interest in the brand and its products.
• Ability to move items weighing up to 25 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
