It Business Analyst

Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Analyst to lead system continuity, integration, and support across luxury retail, ecommerce, and watchmaking service environments. The role maintains operational excellence across platforms including POS, SAP ECC IS-Retail, Diaspark ERP, ShipERP, Shopify and Jira. The analyst will document workflows, capture requirements, and support solution evaluation and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

• Document existing POS and operational processes for retail and workshop repair workflows
• Provide day-to-day support, issue resolution, and process guidance across integrated systems
• Capture business requirements and lead solution evaluations and change control activities
• Develop business cases and support implementation and deployment planning
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational reporting
• Support integrations with platforms such as BossLogic, EDI providers, ShipERP and Shopify
• Coordinate with contact center, warehouse and store operations systems and tools
• Participate in projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• College degree in information systems, engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years IT or retail operations experience across retail and service domains
• Experience with POS, SAP ECC IS-Retail, Diaspark ERP, ShipERP, Shopify and Jira
• Familiarity with luxury watchmaking and service operations
• Proficient in English
