It Hardware Asset Management Analyst 1

Summary

IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst 1 supports IT hardware lifecycle operations at an enterprise hardware fulfillment center, managing device requests, fulfillment, testing, inventory, and shipping workflows. The role works onsite weekdays and focuses on process improvement, data driven decision making, and customer service while supporting various hardware platforms and new store openings.

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests for new device orders, fulfillment, break fix, replacements, and returns per policy
• Perform quality assurance testing on returned hardware to determine lifecycle status and disposition
• Support accurate device inventory management across depot and retail locations
• Execute shipping, receiving, and returns processing workflows with attention to detail
• Utilize ServiceNow ITSM for asset tracking, purchase order creation, inventory updates, and ticket management
• Prioritize and drive tasks to meet program scope and operational goals
• Support New Store Opening projects including kitting, staging, and deployment coordination
• Work in a fast paced warehouse environment with physical requirements including lifting and standing

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as an Analyst, Financial Analyst, Logistics, Warehouse, or IT Technician
• BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience with ServiceNow ITSM preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and work in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable with technology troubleshooting and hardware testing procedures
• Self motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
