Summary
The IT Omnichannel And Payment Director leads strategy, implementation, and optimization of Order Management and Payment systems to ensure seamless omnichannel order processing fulfillment and customer experience. This role manages a team of technical experts and vendors and collaborates with cross functional partners to align OMS and payment capabilities with business goals while driving innovation and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end strategy roadmap and delivery of the OMS platform and payment fraud processors
- Manage a team of technical experts and coordinate with international vendor teams
- Partner with business stakeholders to define product roadmap and priorities
- Manage integrations between OMS PSP and ERP WMS POS ecommerce CRM and supply chain systems
- Improve payment success rates through PSP and fraud optimizations
- Ensure accurate order capture routing allocation and fulfillment
- Oversee systems performance data integrity and issue resolution
- Manage vendor relationships contractual agreements and measure partner performance
- Monitor KPIs provide reporting and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 8 years of experience in ecommerce omnichannel or payment ecosystems
- Experience leading product or development teams using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with AGILE methodology and delivering projects on time
- Experience managing vendor contracts and resources
- Strong analytical problem solving and business acumen
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
