Summary
Proactive SAP Support Analyst to provide in-region subject matter expertise for retail and logistics operations, supporting stores, distribution centers, and finance teams. Role focuses on SAP ECC retail and logistics modules, second-line support escalations, store setups, integration support, and collaboration with global IT to maintain and enhance the SAP template. Candidate should be experienced in integrations, IDOC troubleshooting, and common retail operational tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-line SAP support for retail stores and distribution centers
- Configure and support new store setups in the SAP template
- Troubleshoot logistics flows including goods receipt stock transfers and returns
- Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve inventory issues
- Support integrations with systems such as ShipERP Diaspark and ecommerce platforms
- Collaborate with finance teams on SAP FI processes and audit requirements
- Work with global IT teams to maintain and enhance SAP templates
- Document incidents resolutions and maintain knowledge articles
- Use Jira and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks and communication
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years SAP ECC experience in retail and logistics
- Strong knowledge of IS-Retail MM SD WM and FI modules
- Hands-on experience with SAP logistics flows and inventory reconciliation
- Experience with IDOC troubleshooting and SE16N table navigation
- Familiarity with system integration tools including ShipERP and Diaspark
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and SAP CRM preferred
- Understanding of retail payment flows consumer finance and sales tax systems
- Proficient with Jira and Microsoft Office 365 including Teams and SharePoint
