Summary

Entry level craftsperson trainee position to learn to produce fine jewelry using company materials and prescribed training guidelines at a manufacturing facility. This is a full time direct hire role with training Monday through Friday and potential overtime based on production demand. The role requires following company policies and maintaining professional conduct while participating in a structured training program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the jeweler training program to learn creation and repair of precious jewelry using precious metals
• Follow Tiffany and Company quality and production standards
• Work safely by following safe work procedures and reporting incidents and safety issues
• Collaborate in a team environment and maintain a positive respectful workplace
• Carry out assigned tasks and team requirements as directed
• Attend extended deep dive training into jewelry fundamentals
• Comply with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

• Appropriate hand dexterity as indicated by bench assessment
• Good English communication skills both written and spoken
• Strong hand eye coordination
• Willingness to learn new skills and ability to follow directions
• Ability to sit for long hours
• Must pass a background check
