Summary

This craftsperson trainee role teaches the production of fine jewelry at a manufacturing facility. The trainee learns to work with precious metals and gemstones while meeting company quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the craftsperson training program and learn skills in setting, jewelry making, or polishing.
• Follow prescribed training guidelines and work safely according to all applicable procedures.
• Work collaboratively, maintain professional conduct, and complete assigned tasks.
• Report incidents and safety issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Command of written and spoken English.
• Appropriate hand dexterity as demonstrated in a bench assessment.
• Ability to follow directions and sit for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED.
