Summary
The Jewellery and Accessories Product Manager leads category strategy and product expertise for jewellery and accessories across LAC and Brazil, driving action plans, new launches, and cross functional projects in coordination with Marketing, Commercial and central teams. The role requires strong market analysis, sales monitoring, and collaboration with boutiques and external partners to maximise commercial impact and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Adapt international directions to LAC and Brazil market specifics and set priorities
- Analyze sales results and set annual sales targets by collection and forecasts
- Develop and implement 360 action plans to maximise new launch sales and visibility
- Monitor projects and report progress challenges and outcomes by market
- Conduct market intelligence on competition pricing launches and network strategies
- Collaborate with Commercial Retail and E‑commerce teams to attain sales targets
- Pilot novelty launch plans and manage local implementation and maximisation
- Create and update product tools such as product news tariff books and catalogues
- Support network visibility assortment and omni channel client experience
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent, marketing or merchandising specialization a plus
- Strong product management experience and strategic planning experience
- Full proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, SAP is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
- Analytical problem solving skills and affinity with numbers
- Organized pragmatic and able to lead cross functional projects
- Proactive result oriented behavior with attention to detail
- Available to travel to Brazil and key countries in LAC
