Jewelry Business Manager

Job Purpose

The Jewelry Business Manager is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Fine Jewelry category within the Greenwich showroom. This role serves as the subject matter expert and business owner for jewelry, driving sales performance, client development, inventory productivity, merchandising standards, and brand partnerships. Working closely with showroom leadership, buying teams, and brand partners, the Fine Jewelry Business Manager will identify commercial opportunities, influence assortment decisions, elevate the client experience, and ensure the jewelry business achieves its sales and profitability objectives. This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role requiring a balance of commercial acumen, relationship management, and operational excellence.

Schedule flexibility and availability is required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of luxury retail experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of driving sales and client development.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and category performance metrics.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience working with buying teams, luxury brands, and high-net-worth clientele.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Passion for luxury jewelry and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually + bonus opportunity
