Jewelry Operations Associate

Summary

The Jewelry Operations Associate supports the operational functions of the Jewelry Department under the direction of the Jewelry Selling Manager. Responsibilities include merchandise processing, inventory maintenance, repairs, trunk shows, and coordination with the corporate buying team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, book, and ticket jewelry merchandise, and resolve purchase order issues with the buying office.
• Process vendor returns and transfers, maintain repair logs, and track merchandise sent for repair.
• Receive trunk show merchandise, assist with setup and takedown, and compile event results.
• Complete case counts, reconcile discrepancies, prepare special order requests, and maintain department supplies.
• Support the Selling Manager and sales associates on the selling floor as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn systems, jewelry standards, and IT applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
