Jewelry Operations Associate - Tysons Galleria

As a Jewelry Operations Associate at Tysons Galleria, you will be responsible for ensuring daily compliance and managing operational and administrative tasks within the jewelry department. Your role supports operational excellence, store sales, and an elevated store environment, aiming to enhance both associate and client experiences.

• Demonstrate merchandise and brand knowledge while providing exceptional customer service.
• Complete case management tasks including daily case counts, monthly audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Receive, validate, and reticket incoming receipts.
• Process and handle transfers and customer orders.
• Assist with special events and truck shows, processing and reconciling necessary invoices and client orders.
• Track and follow up on special orders and repair requests, communicating status to client advisors.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks related to JMS and Jewelry Protection Standards.
• Maintain dedicated jewelry technology and hardware.
• Manage supply ordering for jewelry in partnership with the RPSO team.
• Organize drawers and safes in partnership with client advisors.
• Communicate operational and procedural concerns to the Sales Manager for resolution.

• 1+ year of luxury retail fashion experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility with competing tasks.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and processes to maintain merchandise protection standards.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
