Jewelry Sales Manager

As a Jewelry Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus in Houston, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales experience within the store's jewelry department. You will drive sales growth, manage team performance, and ensure a customer-driven sales experience while upholding the values of Neiman Marcus.

• Drive maximum sales and growth in line with company vision and values.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and communication with merchant and vendor partners.
• Manage team execution and maintain operational excellence.
• Provide input on strategic objectives and set departmental priorities.
• Develop understanding of customer behaviors and adjust processes accordingly.
• Plan and execute departmental budgets to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales team members.
• Recognize outstanding performance and address opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and build positive relationships with vendors and customers.
• Manage scheduling and daily prioritization of tasks for the team.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving business results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
