Summary

The Jewelry Sales Manager leads the in-store sales experience and supports the achievement of store objectives. This role develops a high-performing team through client development, coaching, training, and performance management while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coach Style Advisors on clienteling, outreach, appointments, and strategies to build repeat business and acquire new clients.
• Use technology, client data, and social media to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
• Oversee jewelry special orders, repairs, inventory processes, and related sales documentation.
• Lead on the selling floor, resolve client issues, and maintain welcoming, well-presented customer areas.

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a sales team in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and coach effective selling and clienteling practices.
• Comfort with technology, client data, and jewelry sales and inventory processes.
