Junior Wholesale Planner

Summary

The Junior Wholesale Planner supports seasonal wholesale planning and sales analysis. This role manages replenishment and inventory forecasts, tracks performance by account, and helps identify risks and opportunities against budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Wholesale Planning with seasonal door plans by account and location.
• Collect, manage, and analyze customer sell-in and sell-out data for the wholesale sales team.
• Control and manage replenishment planning and forecast inventory levels and open-to-buys.
• Update month-end sales and stock by door, track weekly gains and losses, and provide analysis and recommended actions.
• Track shipping and support presentations, budget meetings, and sales campaign preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1-2 years of planning experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence with retail math, financial measures, and budgeting.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines; self-starter with strategic thinking skills.
