Summary

Salesperson responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store, meeting sales goals and providing high quality service and styling advice while maintaining department readiness and supporting cross-department needs. Role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional duties outside the original department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage and sell to customers
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling and fit advice confidently and honestly
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready
• Open new customer loyalty program accounts
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
• Maintain physical stamina to handle merchandise and assist customers
