Summary

The Key Holder delivers an exceptional client experience and supports sales goals, client development, and daily store operations. This role builds lasting client relationships while helping the team meet business objectives and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and promote the Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff.
• Meet sales and client data capture targets, build client relationships, and provide after-sales service.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing registers, maintaining visual standards, inventory tasks, consignments, returns, and exchanges.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events, and support the sales team through coaching and training.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clienteling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality.
