Job Description

Summary

Key Holder responsible for supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales at the Manhasset store. This role leads by example in daily operations, clienteling, and maintaining retail standards while coaching the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional client service
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
  • Create and maintain genuine client relationships and after sales service
  • Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers
  • Perform visual maintenance and inventory tasks throughout the day
  • Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
  • Develop business driving initiatives, contests and events
  • Support and coach the sales team with training techniques

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of retail experience
  • Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
  • Strong multi tasking skills and balance of daily responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients and management
  • Entrepreneurial and sales focused personality
