Job Description

Summary

Serve as a Brand Ambassador delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting store leadership and operations. Drive sales and clientelling while maintaining retail standards and assisting in daily operational tasks and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and promote the Retail Excellence Program
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
  • Create and maintain genuine client relationships and after sales service
  • Support daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
  • Maintain seamless inventory operations and open and close consignments
  • Process returns and exchanges accurately
  • Develop business driving initiatives contests and events
  • Coach and train sales team members to support performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of retail experience
  • Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
  • Strong multitasking skills while balancing daily responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients peers and management
  • Entrepreneurial sales focused personality and strong presence
