Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder supports the achievement of individual sales objectives by developing customer relationships and providing outstanding service. The role also helps maintain boutique standards and supports daily operations, including opening and closing the boutique as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, develop clientele, and capture client information to strengthen boutique relationships.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain the store's aesthetic quality and learn basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Open and close the boutique as required, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office when management is absent.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and perform physical tasks, including reaching, bending, occasional ladder use, and lifting boxes.
