Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder supports boutique sales and customer relationships while helping maintain store standards. The role includes opening and closing the boutique, supporting loss prevention, and handling select operational responsibilities when management is absent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and develop customer networks and clientele.
• Capture client information, build boutique relationships, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and learn basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique as required; handle corporate communications and transfers in the absence of management.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, climb a ladder, and lift boxes as needed.
