Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives while developing and servicing customers. The role supports boutique operations, client relationships, product knowledge, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and develop a network of clientele.
• Capture client information and build boutique relationships and sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop working knowledge of simple pen repairs and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the store's aesthetic quality and open or close the boutique as required.
• Handle corporate communications and transfers in the absence of management.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift boxes.
