Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder supports boutique sales objectives by developing customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. The role also supports daily boutique operations, including opening and closing, loss prevention, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, develop clientele, and maintain accurate client information.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong knowledge of product collections.
• Maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office when management is absent.
• Develop working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to meet the physical demands of working on the sales floor and handling merchandise.
