Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder supports boutique sales objectives by developing client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. This role maintains product knowledge and store presentation while supporting daily boutique operations in the absence of management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, develop clientele, and capture client information to strengthen boutique relationships.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product collections and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique and support simple pen repair and after-sales service.
• Open and close the boutique, handle corporate communications and transfers in the absence of management, and follow loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, climb a ladder occasionally, and lift or unpack large boxes.
