Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives, developing client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role supports boutique operations, including opening and closing, loss prevention, and communication with the corporate office when management is absent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, build a client network, and maintain accurate client information.
• Develop strong product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the boutique's appearance and develop working knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and follow loss prevention procedures as required.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift or unpack large boxes.
