Summary

Provide leadership on the sales floor by delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting daily store operations, and assisting the General Manager in driving sales and client relationships. Act as a brand ambassador while maintaining retail standards and supporting the team through coaching and execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador
• Meet and exceed sales targets and client data capture goals
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and after sales service
• Support opening and closing registers and daily operational tasks
• Maintain visual standards and conduct inventory tasks
• Process returns and exchanges
• Support team with training, coaching, and sales initiatives
• Develop and execute business driving events and contests

Requirements

• Minimum of three years retail experience
• Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong multi tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Sales focused, entrepreneurial personality
