Summary

Provide exceptional client service as a brand ambassador supporting retail operations and sales at a specialty store. Assist the General Manager by leading daily store functions, driving client relationships, and promoting the Retail Excellence Program to achieve sales and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Capture client data and maintain ongoing client relationships through follow up and after sales service
• Support opening and closing procedures and register operations
• Maintain visual standards and assist with inventory tasks and seamless inventory operations
• Process returns and exchanges accurately
• Coach and train sales team members and support business driving initiatives and events
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of retail experience
• Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong multitasking skills while managing daily responsibilities
• Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with strong presence
