Responsibilities- Act as a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets.
- Create and foster genuine client relationships to achieve core KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
- Maintain client relationships through after-sales service, including thank you notes and follow-up calls.
- Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Maintain daily operations, including opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, and inventory tasks.
- Ensure operational excellence by following policies and procedures and using the proper tools and equipment.
- Maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day.
- Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges.
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
- Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
- Support the sales team through various coaching and training techniques.
Requirements- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
- Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced retail environment.
- Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.
- A powerful and electrifying personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
