Summary

Responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting daily store operations and team development. Acts as a brand ambassador, supports inventory and visual standards, and assists management with operational tasks and clienteling to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and after sales service
• Support daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
• Maintain seamless inventory operations and open and close consignments
• Process returns and exchanges accurately
• Develop business driving initiatives, contests and events
• Coach and train sales team members to support performance

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of retail experience
• Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record
• Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to daily responsibilities
• Excellent communication and ability to build client and peer relationships
• Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality
