• Identify and fulfill customer needs, connecting them to services like Online Order Pickup and Alterations.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, providing feedback on trends and styles.
• Support back-of-house processes, including inventory management and maintaining store organization.
• Assist in event execution, managing RSVPs and greeting customers.
• Perform opening and closing duties, adhering to security procedures.
• Conduct light cleaning duties, including sweeping, dusting, and restroom maintenance.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to identify customer opportunities and build solutions to meet expectations.

• Proven success in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
• Physical ability to lift and carry between 1-50 lbs.
