Summary

Keyholder responsible for supporting retail leadership by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, and assisting management with daily store operations. Acts as a link between management and sales associates, helping to drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and build client relationships to promote repeat business. Expected to supervise transactions, perform opening and closing duties, and represent brand standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with daily store management and coordination.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and secure store premises.
• Check in merchandise and assist with inventory control and merchandising.
• Prepare and make deposits following cash protection procedures.
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Engage customers to promote and sell products and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and build a clientele book to drive repeat business.
• Motivate and assist sales associates to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS systems, personal computers, and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, with discretion, and under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective team relationships.
• Quick learner with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence and negotiate to achieve sales goals.
