Summary

The Keyholder supports store leadership and delivers exceptional customer service through product knowledge and relationship building. This role helps drive sales, repeat business, and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager with daily store operations.
• Open and close the store, receive merchandise, and prepare deposits as needed.
• Oversee sales transactions and follow cash protection procedures.
• Promote and sell products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Assist with merchandising and motivate sales associates to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• At least two years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships, adapt quickly, and work independently under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to influence and negotiate.
