Keyholder

Summary

The Keyholder supports the store’s leadership team and helps deliver exceptional customer service. This role builds customer relationships, drives sales, and supports daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager with daily store operations.
• Open and close the store, check in merchandise, and prepare deposits as needed.
• Oversee sales transactions and follow cash protection procedures.
• Promote products, support customer satisfaction, and help maintain the sales floor.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships, adapt quickly, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
