Summary

The Keyholder is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the store manager in daily operations. This role acts as the link between management and sales associates, helping to maintain standards, motivate the team, and ensure smooth store functioning. The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience and strong interpersonal and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager with the coordination and management of daily store operations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, check in merchandise, and prepare deposits as needed.
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to cash protection procedures.
• Engage customers to promote and sell products, build clientele, and drive repeat business.
• Merchandise the sales floor and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic office software including MS Office.
• Ability to operate independently, work under pressure, and maintain discretion.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and influence sales outcomes.
