Summary

As a Keyholder you will support retail leadership by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, and fostering customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business. You will act as a link between management and sales associates, assisting with daily store operations, merchandising, and motivating the team to exceed objectives. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to perform supervisory duties in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with management and coordination of daily store operations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain store security.
• Check in merchandise and assist with merchandising the sales floor.
• Prepare and make deposits as needed following cash protection procedures.
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing.
• Engage customers and promote products to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Maintain and build clientele relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Motivate and assist sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to operate POS systems and personal computers including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Ability to influence and negotiate to achieve sales objectives.
