Keyholder

Summary

The Keyholder is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advanced product knowledge, and supporting store operations and team performance. This position acts as a link between management and sales associates, assisting with daily store functions and driving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with daily operations and coordination of store activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures and secure the store
• Check in merchandise and assist with inventory handling
• Prepare and make deposits as needed following cash protection procedures
• Supervise sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing
• Promote and sell products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
• Merchandise the sales floor to maintain brand standards and presentation
• Motivate and assist sales associates to meet and exceed objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Ability to operate independently with discretion and work effectively under pressure
• Experience using personal computers, POS systems, and software including MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate
