Summary

Serve as a frontline leader supporting the General Manager by delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales and maintaining daily retail operations at the outlet. Act as a brand ambassador, promote the Retail Excellence Program and support team development through coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and foster genuine client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets and client data capture goals
• Maintain after sales service including follow up communications and product care
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
• Manage inventory tasks and ensure seamless inventory operations
• Process returns and exchanges accurately
• Develop and run business driving initiatives, contests and events
• Coach and support sales team through training techniques

Requirements

• Minimum of three years retail experience
• Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong multitasking skills and operational focus
• Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients and peers
• Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality
