Keyholder

Summary

Serve as a Keyholder responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting store operations, and driving sales performance. Report to the General Manager and act as a brand ambassador while promoting retail excellence and clienteling practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand as a Brand Ambassador
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and perform after sales follow up
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
• Manage inventory tasks including seamless inventory operations and consignments
• Process returns and exchanges accurately
• Coach and train sales team and support business driving initiatives and events
• Follow policies and procedures and set an example of operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
• Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record
• Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to balance daily responsibilities
• Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with strong communication skills
