Job Description

Summary

As a Keyholder at Versace Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will support the General Manager in maintaining operational excellence and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets.
  • Create and maintain genuine client relationships to achieve core KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
  • Maintain client relationships through after-sales services, including thank you notes and follow-up calls.
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, and inventory tasks.
  • Ensure operational excellence by following policies and procedures and using proper tools and equipment.
  • Maintain seamless inventory operations and process returns and exchanges.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
  • Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
  • Support the sales team through coaching and training techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.
  • A powerful and electrifying personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
