Laser Engraver

As a Laser Engraver in Queens, NY, you will play a crucial role in the completion of Client Owned Merchandise (COM) and stock repair orders by executing technical processes using specialized equipment. You will oversee laser hallmarking, embossing, standard engraving, and etching, while maintaining equipment and collaborating with team members globally.

• Understand and follow written repair instructions, inspecting orders for defects and escalating issues as needed.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and ensure orders are completed by requested dates.
• Complete technical processes such as laser engraving and embossing using various techniques.
• Maintain equipment and communicate any issues to management.
• Develop deep product knowledge and proactively seek new skills and techniques.
• Share skills with coworkers and collaborate on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Comply with health and safety requirements and maintain a safe workstation.
• Provide assistance throughout the service center and participate in special projects.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Successful completion of a Tiffany & Co. personalization skill test.
• Verbal and written English language skills.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and work environment requirements.
• Preferred experience in embossing, machine engraving, and laser stamping.
• Technical school diploma or craft/technical coursework is a plus.
