Job Description

Summary

As a Lead Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operations, resolve customer issues, and maintain high standards in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
  • Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, and reconciling chargebacks.
  • Resolve internal and external customer issues, including bill payments and package tracking.
  • Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and process merchandise returns and transfers.
  • Ensure accurate case counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain repair logs and manage consignment merchandise life-cycle.
  • Prepare and submit special order requests and process fulfillment orders.
  • Ensure Internal Audit readiness and adherence to standards.
  • Support cross-functional training and motivate the team to meet results.
  • Assist managers and associates on the selling floor as necessary.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail operations role.
  • Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
  • Ability to lift cartons up to 50lbs and work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence team and maintain confidentiality.
