Job Description

Summary

As a Leader of Architecture and Design at RH, you will play a pivotal role in the Development & Design Team, leading projects to support the expansion and transformation of RH galleries. You will collaborate with internal partners through the design and construction phases, ensuring the RH design vision is executed successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects for Next Generation Design Galleries from concept design through construction and gallery opening.
  • Develop design standards and details for large-scale galleries.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to review plans and determine requirements.
  • Partner with construction teams to resolve on-site design challenges.
  • Support design, development, and sourcing of hospitality and retail fixtures.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, and FF&E procurement.
  • Conduct site visits with travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Adhere to company policies and contribute to company culture.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in high-end retail or hospitality design.
  • Superior time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with executive-level project reviews and directives.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • College degree in architecture or interior architecture.
