Requirements- 3+ years of experience at the departmental management level.
- WMS experience with KCS and/or PKMS preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process improvement.
- Knowledge of logistical operations with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize vast amounts of data with e-commerce and fulfillment operations knowledge.
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
