Leader Distribution Center

As a Leader at our Distribution Center in North East, MD, you will be responsible for directing warehouse operations to achieve objectives and maintain inventory integrity. You will lead and develop a dynamic team, ensuring a commitment to quality and professional growth.

• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions, wage increases, and terminations.
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments and merchandise movement.
• Establish and implement work schedules effectively.
• Ensure optimal space utilization through warehouse consolidation.
• Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA and MSDS Standards.

• 3+ years of experience at the departmental management level.
• WMS experience with KCS and/or PKMS preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process improvement.
• Knowledge of logistical operations with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize vast amounts of data with e-commerce and fulfillment operations knowledge.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
