Leader Distribution Center

As a Leader at our Distribution Center in West Jefferson, OH, you will be responsible for directing the operations of the warehouse team to achieve objectives and maintain inventory integrity. You will lead and develop the team, ensuring a commitment to quality and professional growth.

• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions, wage increases, and terminations.
• Supervise and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and merchandise movement.
• Establish work schedules and ensure proper job assignments and completion.
• Optimize space utilization through warehouse consolidation and appropriate product rotation.
• Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA and MSDS Standards.

• 3+ years of experience at the departmental management level.
• WMS experience with KCS and/or PKMS preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Knowledge of logistical operations with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize vast amounts of data with knowledge of e-commerce and fulfillment operations.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
