Leader, Home Delivery

Summary

As a Home Delivery Leader, you will lead RH's vision and deliver operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions. You will inspire and develop teams, oversee third-party carriers and vendors, and ensure a luxury delivery experience that aligns with RH Galleries. This role includes P&L accountability, continuous improvement, and direct oversight of daily logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coach, train, mentor and develop direct reports to optimize performance
• Strategically plan, direct and oversee daily workflow and deliverables across warehouse and delivery functions
• Own all facets of P&L management including analysis and reporting
• Manage home delivery and logistics vendors against cost, service, and quality metrics
• Drive continual improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Address and resolve escalated customer service and delivery issues

Requirements

• 5+ years leadership experience in furniture home delivery, warehouse operations, or similar field with ability to lead third-party carriers
• Experience hiring, training, coaching and managing employee performance
• Knowledge of profit and loss, profit margins, accounting principles, and related business processes
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Computer literacy with regular use of MS Word and Excel; ability to visit clients in assigned territory
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen; ability to lift at least 50lbs
