Job Description

Summary

As a Leader in International Logistics at RH, you will oversee inland freight movement and manage transportation providers to ensure cost efficiency, cycle time, service, and quality. You will be a key player in driving innovation and challenging the status quo within the supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inland freight movement including port drayage, intermodal rail, and transload.
  • Own cost, cycle time, service, and quality KPIs for all transportation providers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal cross-functional partners.
  • Utilize KPIs and shipment data to address exceptions and drive improved performance.
  • Drive innovation and challenge the status quo in all areas of supply chain.
  • Track and identify opportunities to reduce accessorial spend and improve container utilization.
  • Engage actively in-person and remotely with service providers.
  • Participate in additional projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a high volume transportation environment.
  • Experience overseeing trucking and port drayage providers.
  • Familiarity with seaport terminal operations and terminology.
  • Basic knowledge of import customs procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data and analytics skills.
  • Experience with InforNexus, Google Workspace, and PowerBI preferred.
  • On-site, in office daily.
  • Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
