As a Leader of the Leave of Absence Program at RH, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's leave of absence programs. This role requires a strong understanding of federal, state, and local leave laws, and a commitment to providing excellent team member service. You will work cross-functionally with the People team, legal, and leadership teams to ensure efficient and compliant administration of leave programs.
