Leader Leave of Absence Program

As a Leader of the Leave of Absence Program at RH, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's leave of absence programs. This role requires a strong understanding of federal, state, and local leave laws, and a commitment to providing excellent team member service. You will work cross-functionally with the People team, legal, and leadership teams to ensure efficient and compliant administration of leave programs.

• Oversee third-party leave of absence vendor program process and communication to ensure quality service delivery and timely processing.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end process for all types of team member leave requests, including FMLA and disability leaves.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for managing leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor leave trends and identify opportunities for program improvements.
• Collaborate with People Team and external partners to provide unmatched service and quality levels to leadership and the business.
• Recommend enhancements to current practices and new plans to serve and reward team members.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing leave of absence programs or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of leave laws and regulations, including FMLA and ADA.
• Experience with third-party leave administrators and HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
