Leader, Procurement & Purchasing

Summary

The Leader, Procurement and Purchasing owns end-to-end procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for retail and hospitality developments. This role manages the process from design handoff and sourcing through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and project turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, vendor identification, negotiations, competitive bids, and purchase order execution for FF&E.
• Partner with Visual Creative, Architecture, Construction, and transportation teams to align project needs, budgets, specifications, timelines, and logistics.
• Oversee vendor performance, product development, fabrication, quality control, shipping, installation, and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, procurement status boards, and on-order pipelines while identifying process and cost efficiencies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience; retail and hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organization, project management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and work effectively with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and frequently move or lift items up to 50 pounds.
