Summary

This product development leader creates new products and improves existing products for RH. The role partners with internal teams and vendors throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and design development through sample reviews and finalization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams and vendors to develop product collections that meet RH's luxury design and quality standards.
• Track communications and design revisions across projects.
• Review and approve designs using renderings and CAD drawings.
• Partner cross-functionally on products featured in sourcebooks, galleries, and online stores.
• Develop material and manufacturing requirements and determine production costs with merchandising partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Passion for luxury design and a strong design aesthetic.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to identify development opportunities and challenges and proactively find solutions.
