Leader Product Integrity

As a Leader in Product Integrity at RH, you will oversee the quality and compliance of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead the product integrity team to ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Monitor and report on product performance and compliance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

• 5+ years of experience in product integrity or quality assurance roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proven track record of driving quality improvements in a corporate setting.
